Welcome wonderful souls 🫶
I wanted to share something with all of you on my website!!
I'm teaching every Monday at 7:15pm in Stratford, PE at Reactive Wellness Studio!!!
This is a Yin/Restorative Class so poses are held anywhere from 3-6 mins and many props are encouraged!! There is equipment available to use on-site but I always encourage if you run cold - bring an extra blanket hehe
